Oral-B D150 Rechargeable Toothbrush Malfunction

I can't use my Oral-B D150 rechargeable toothbrush because the head loses its movement within 30 seconds after it's fully charged and I start using it. Even though I've always used the original head and tried different original titles, it still causes problems. Despite taking it to the authorized technical service in Bursa twice, they said there was no problem during the test they performed. They tested it by starting the device after it was fully charged, and the movement of the head didn't stop, so they wouldn't take any further action. However, the problem persisted after I got it back from the service, and I reported this to them. Once I start using the toothbrush, it becomes unusable within 30 seconds when the head loses its movement. The sound of the engine running continues even though the head is stopped. I believe the issue lies in the shaft that carries the force to the head. I've conveyed all this to Oral-B customer service, but despite calling them 5-6 times to find out the situation, they didn't even answer for about a month.
