Oral-B Vitality Electric Toothbrush Stopped Working — Requesting Repair

My Oral-B Vitality electric toothbrush stopped working about six months ago, and I haven’t been able to use it since. I tried several methods to get it working again, including charging it and trying different outlets, but nothing worked.

My product is still under warranty, and I have the invoice. I purchased it through Trendyol. I tried to contact Oral-B customer service about the issue but did not receive any response.

For this reason, I am requesting that my product be repaired or replaced. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved.
