Oral-B iO9 Electric Toothbrush Battery Died in Less Than 10 Months

September 8, 2024 12:45 PM93

I bought the Oral-B iO9 electric toothbrush just last November, and now, less than 10 months later, the battery is failing. After a full charge, it only lasts for 3-4 uses before dying suddenly while brushing. This is incredibly disappointing for a product advertised as the latest technology. In fact, an electric toothbrush I bought 10 years ago worked flawlessly for a decade. I don’t understand how technology can go backward like this. This is the worst toothbrush I’ve ever used. I urgently request a replacement for this defective product. Please address this issue as soon as possible.
