Oral - B Pro 3900 Stopped Working in 20 Days and Media Markt Refused Replacement

I purchased the Oral-B Pro 3900 rechargeable toothbrush from the Media Markt store on December 7, 2024. Less than 20 days after the purchase, the product suddenly stopped working while I was brushing my teeth. I initially thought the battery was dead, so I charged it, but it still does not function. Considering the price and the brand's reputation, I expected a much more reliable product. I deeply regret paying ₺3.489,95 for a product that failed so quickly. I request an immediate and unconditional replacement for this defective product, as it broke down in less than 20 days. I do not accept a repair from the service center; I expect an urgent replacement under the return or warranty policy.
