Oral-B ProExpert Floss Not Working Straight Out of the Package

-The Oral-B ProExpert dental floss mechanism did not work at all from the moment I took it out of the package. I’ve had similar issues before, but this time the product was completely nonfunctional. I purchased it from Migros, and I’ve experienced the same problem with different batches as well.
I tried contacting Oral-B customer service to return or replace the product, but I was unable to reach them through any channel. I do not have a receipt or a warranty card for the product.
I am requesting a product replacement to resolve this issue. Continuously encountering the same problem is causing inconvenience, and I expect a quick solution from the brand.
