Tefal TW7289 Vacuum Cleaner Bought from Media Markt Lacks Suction, No Support Provided

I purchased a Tefal TW7289 vacuum cleaner from Media Markt on September 28, 2024, for ₺5949. Additionally, I paid around ₺1699 for a device protection plan based on the salesperson’s insistence. However, the vacuum turned out to be a huge disappointment. Its suction power is non-existent, and it barely works.
When purchasing, I was assured that any issues would be resolved promptly if I contacted them. Yet, when I returned to the store after 20 days, I was handed a paper instructing me to take it to service. No one even bothered to address my concerns. Since the 14-day return period had passed, they outright refused to help.
This is unacceptable, especially from such a major retailer. I paid a significant amount for a faulty product and received no support. I demand to return this vacuum or receive a proper resolution. Currently, I’m forced to use my old vacuum cleaner while this new one sits unused. Please take responsibility and address this issue immediately.
