Oral-B iO Sensy 9 Shuts Off at 50–60% Battery — No Support Despite Multiple Calls

I purchased my Oral-B iO Sensy 9 toothbrush in 2022. Since July, the device has been shutting off suddenly even before the battery is fully drained — sometimes at 50%, sometimes at 60%. This happens during every use once the battery level starts to drop.

On July 27, I called Oral-B Turkey and opened a support ticket, but I never received a callback. I reported the same issue again and called two more times, and each time I was told, “We’ll get back to you,” but no one ever did. Most recently, I called for the third time on September 17, and again received no result. My support ticket number is 2059791.

When I called the Ayser Authorized Service Center, I was told that the product is too complicated to repair, that it is no longer in production, and that its battery cannot be replaced. However, my toothbrush has a 5-year parts-supply guarantee, and I still have the purchase invoice.

I am requesting that Oral-B replace the faulty battery in my device, which is still under warranty. I expect an urgent and clear resolution.
