Both of My Oral-B Braun Electric Toothbrushes Stopped Charging

4

I am writing regarding two Oral-B Braun electric toothbrushes that my spouse and I purchased together.

We bought two Oral-B Braun electric toothbrushes on November 22, 2025. On June 6, 2026, we discovered that both toothbrushes had stopped charging. The charging problem began very early in their use, and they have now reached the point where neither device will charge or operate at all.

Because the store where we purchased the products is located far from where we live, we have not been able to return them in person for an exchange or refund.

The fact that both toothbrushes developed the same charging defect has caused us significant inconvenience and has greatly reduced our confidence in the reliability of the product.

I respectfully request that both defective Oral-B Braun electric toothbrushes be inspected under the manufacturer's warranty and replaced with new, fully functional units.

I also request that the cause of the identical charging failure affecting both products be investigated and that I be informed of the outcome of the warranty process in writing.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.
