Braun Oral-B Toothbrush Stopped Charging Before One Year
I am writing regarding a serious quality issue with my Braun Oral-B rechargeable toothbrush, which I purchased through Amazon in September 2025.
I had previously purchased the same type of Braun Oral-B toothbrush in 2021, and that device lasted approximately four years. Based on that positive experience, I chose to purchase another Braun Oral-B toothbrush.
Unfortunately, my current toothbrush has developed a serious fault before it has even been in use for one year. For approximately one week, the device has no longer been charging, making it completely unusable.
Considering the premium price of this product, I expected it to last at least 5 to 10 years under normal use. Experiencing a complete charging failure in less than a year has been both financially disappointing and damaging to my confidence in the Braun brand.
After discovering the problem, I contacted Amazon Customer Service. I was informed that Amazon does not provide repair services and that I would need to contact Braun directly. I was also told that I would need my purchase invoice for the warranty process. I requested the invoice from Amazon and was informed that it would be sent within 48 hours, but I have not yet received it. As a result, I have not been able to contact Braun to start the warranty claim.
Since the product became defective before completing its first year of use, I respectfully request that it be handled under the manufacturer's warranty. I ask that Braun provide an appropriate solution, preferably by replacing the defective toothbrush with a new one or issuing a full refund.
I also request that both the product quality and the after-sales support process be reviewed so that customers do not experience similar problems in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.
