Oral-B Vitality Pro Battery and Mode Settings Stopped Working

I am writing regarding my Oral-B Vitality Pro Rechargeable Toothbrush – Black Protect X Clean, which I purchased through an online order from Gratis on November 8, 2024.

Unfortunately, the toothbrush developed serious faults before the end of its two-year warranty period.

The main issue is with the battery and charging performance. Even after leaving the toothbrush on charge for approximately 10 hours, the battery is depleted after just one use. This makes the product impractical for normal daily use.

In addition, the toothbrush has developed problems with its operating modes. At times, the power button does not respond correctly, and the device fails to recognize or switch between the brushing modes as it should.

These issues have become increasingly disruptive, and I believe they indicate a defect that should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

I respectfully request that my Oral-B Vitality Pro Rechargeable Toothbrush be inspected under the warranty and, if the defects are confirmed, replaced with a new, fully functional unit.

Please provide written confirmation regarding the inspection process and the action that will be taken to resolve this issue.
