I bought this Oppo smartphone, found a problem with my device and took it to the authorized technical service center in Bakırköy, Istanbul right away. I was bummed out when they told me they couldn't fix my device because they didn't have the parts they needed. They were like, "Why don't you just ask the manufacturer for a refund?" the refund they're offering has got me so mad. So, I paid 4200 TL for the device, but now it's worth 5800 TL. That's so not cool! The sneaky manufacturer is only offering to give me back what I paid for it originally. So basically, I'd be out 1600 TL since I paid more than what it's worth now. They gotta either give me the exact same A54 model device or give me my money back for what it's worth now, which is 5800 TL. It's only fair that they pay me back for the trouble and money I lost because of their faulty product.
