My Oppo Reno 5 Lite phone is stuck in 'recovery' mode and won't respond to any commands. So, I took my device to the authorized KVK Bakırköy service because it's under warranty. But as soon as I left the service, the representative asked me to pay 1404 TL for supposed scratches on the phone, without even sending it to the technical service. I told Oppo about this misconduct, but they didn't do anything to fix it. I asked them to help me install software on my phone, but they didn't assist me and couldn't load any software onto my phone. They're just trying to kill time until the warranty runs out. This phone is so useless that it wouldn't even work as a whistle in a place prone to earthquakes. Also, you can't find it underground during an emergency. The people working at the call center are nice, but they can't break the rules of the company. Brands that are allowed to sell in Turkey should be required to set up their own services. Regulators need to get rid of companies that are causing difficulties for consumers. Brands only depend on a few service centers, which leaves us in a tough spot when it comes to getting service or dealing with the seller. I wish I hadn't chosen this brand; you should really think twice before making a decision.
