I purchased an Oppo product for ₺2,420 and tried to return it the very next day, but the store refused to process a return, stating that they only offer exchanges. This is unacceptable. The product was completely unused, and I contacted them within the legal return period. Despite this, I couldn’t reach anyone by phone, and when I messaged their support line, all I received was a generic automated response—no human interaction, no help.
There is absolutely no one to speak with. For a product I didn’t even use, I should have the right to return it and get my money back. Turkish consumer law guarantees the right to return unused products within 15 days, yet Oppo is ignoring that completely.
I demand that Oppo respect my consumer rights and issue a full refund for the unused item. Their current behavior shows a lack of accountability and customer respect. This is not how a reputable brand should operate.
