Oppo is a major disappointment! I purchased the Oppo A96 device a couple of years ago, and now the warranty is nearing its expiration. I discovered the device was defective three days after buying it, and I had to send it in for service three times. Unfortunately, the phone did not show any improvement despite these attempts. We submitted our application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and the expert made two changes to it. Unfortunately, we were unable to contact the supplier company Maxreal Telekomünikasyon as we do not have any contact information available. Media Markt acted as a middleman in the Balıkesir 10 Burada Store, where we recently purchased the device, and successfully connected us with the supplier company. We sent the device for replacement as requested. Now they claim they don't have the same device and are requesting a refund. It's almost like they're completely unaware of the phone's price from two years ago and the current prices. Can you believe it? I would like to have my device replaced with a phone that has similar features and memory capacity as my current device.
