I am absolutely fed up with Oppo and their complete lack of support for my Oppo AX7 phone! Since the day I bought this device, it has never received a single software update. This is an outrageous display of neglect from a major phone manufacturer.
Because of this constant lack of updates, I'm now experiencing significant problems with numerous applications. Apps are crashing, freezing, or simply not functioning correctly, making my phone increasingly difficult to use. It's clear that without proper updates, the phone's performance is degrading rapidly.
How can a company be so uninterested and provide such poor service? If Oppo continues down this path of abandoning its devices and leaving customers with outdated, unsupported phones, you will undoubtedly disappear from the market. I am demanding an immediate solution. Oppo, provide the necessary updates for my AX7 now! It shouldn't be this hard to get basic software support for a product I purchased from you.
