I am completely frustrated with Oppo! My mother's Oppo A74 and my Oppo A96 phones have been great for over two years, but suddenly, this year, we've stopped receiving any Android updates. This is a massive problem!
We rely on these updates for security, new features, and overall phone performance. For Oppo to just stop supporting these models with essential software updates is unacceptable, especially since both the Oppo A74 and Oppo A96 are still being sold online. They haven't even been pulled from the market, yet Oppo seems to have abandoned their software support.
Are we the only ones experiencing this, or is this a widespread issue affecting other Oppo users? Oppo, you need to address this immediately! We demand that you resume providing timely Android updates for these phones. We invested in your products, and you have a responsibility to keep them updated and secure. Don't leave your loyal customers with outdated and vulnerable devices!
