I am absolutely fed up with my Oppo phone! Ever since the latest software update, the artificial intelligence (AI) program on my phone has completely stopped working. All I get is a frustrating message telling me to "use another program."
I took it to an authorized service center, but they couldn't even give me an answer or a solution. This is completely unacceptable for a modern smartphone. My son gave me this phone as a gift, and I'm trying my best to use it so I don't disappoint him, but honestly, this issue is making me lose my patience.
I would absolutely not recommend Oppo phones to anyone looking to buy a new device, especially with this kind of post-update problem and lack of support. Oppo officials, I demand a response and proper information regarding this issue immediately. You need to provide a fix for your broken AI program and explain why this happened after your update. Stop leaving your customers in the dark with faulty software!
