After my Oppo phone updated overnight, it froze completely the next morning. The home screen is entirely unresponsive, and I can’t interact with my apps. Strangely, I can still use the top notification bar, the bottom navigation buttons, and the lock screen controls, but the main interface is frozen.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such issues after an update—similar problems have occurred before. It’s incredibly frustrating that every update disrupts the phone’s functionality, making it unreliable.
Oppo, I expect a resolution for this recurring issue. Either provide a stable fix through an update or assist me in resolving this problem immediately. A smartphone should not become unusable after updates.
