My Oppo A60 Update Broke Everything I Need a Fix

I am absolutely furious and beyond disappointed with my Oppo A60 phone! I bought this device about three months ago from Vatan Bilgisayar, and initially, I was quite happy with its price-to-performance ratio. However, that all changed after the latest software update.

Since that update, my phone has become virtually unusable. I'm experiencing extreme lag and freezing, the fast charging feature has plummeted, the fingerprint reader no longer works, and sometimes the screen simply won't turn on. But the absolute worst issue is that incoming calls aren't even displayed! This phone can't even handle basic functions anymore.

Vatan Bilgisayar praised this phone to no end when I bought it, but now it's nothing more than a paperweight. Oppo, you released an update that fundamentally broke your product. This is unacceptable! I demand an immediate solution for these critical issues. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a complete failure of the device. Fix my Oppo A60 now, or provide a replacement.
