I Face Severe Overheating Issue on Oppo A5 5G From Day One

I purchased my Oppo A5 5G smartphone on September 22, 2025, from a Türk Telekom store, and the device is still under warranty. Since the day I bought it, I’ve been experiencing a severe overheating problem. Due to the excessive heat, several apps such as the flashlight, WhatsApp, and others keep crashing or stopping automatically, making the phone difficult to use.
To fix the issue, I reset the device to factory settings, but it did not help at all—the overheating continues. The IMEI number of my device is 865906082920994.
Since my phone is still within the warranty period, I am requesting an exchange for a new device. I kindly ask Oppo to resolve my issue as soon as possible and address my grievance promptly.
Progress
I purchased my Oppo A5 model phone about 2 months ago as brand new from Türk Telekom, with installment payments added to my bill. Since the first day I got the device, I have been experiencing serious issues such as overheating, freezing, and apps closing by themselves. Especially while making calls, I cannot use any other application, and when the phone is charging, I can hardly use it at all.
I previously submitted a similar complaint but did not receive any response. So far, I have not contacted technical service or customer support because I want my problem to be taken into consideration first.
My device is still very new and under warranty. I expect these issues to be resolved permanently, and if possible, for my request for a product replacement or return to be considered, or at the very least, for someone to contact me quickly.
