I purchased my Oppo A5 model phone about 2 months ago as brand new from Türk Telekom, with installment payments added to my bill. Since the first day I got the device, I have been experiencing serious issues such as overheating, freezing, and apps closing by themselves. Especially while making calls, I cannot use any other application, and when the phone is charging, I can hardly use it at all.
I previously submitted a similar complaint but did not receive any response. So far, I have not contacted technical service or customer support because I want my problem to be taken into consideration first.
My device is still very new and under warranty. I expect these issues to be resolved permanently, and if possible, for my request for a product replacement or return to be considered, or at the very least, for someone to contact me quickly.
