I bought a brand-new Oppo A60 from Trendyol on May 6, 2025. At first, everything worked perfectly. But after installing the recommended system update, the phone started freezing—especially while using the keyboard—and the entire interface became noticeably laggy. None of these issues existed before the update.
I contacted Oppo customer service, and they told me the device needs to be sent in for repair. But that would leave me without a phone for about 15 days. I already replaced my old phone because it was broken—I can’t afford to be without a device again, especially after buying this one new.
What’s worse is that this issue was clearly caused by your software, not anything I did. I shouldn’t have to send in a brand-new phone for repairs just because of a faulty update.
Oppo, I expect you to stand by your product. Either fix this issue with an immediate software patch or replace my device without delay. I paid ₺ for a working phone—not one that freezes after a system update.
