I purchased a brand-new Oppo A3 smartphone just two days ago from Vatan Bilgisayar. From the very first day of use, I have been facing extreme slowdowns when opening applications and overall lag throughout the device. I immediately updated the phone to the latest software version, but the issue has not improved. The performance problems occur during normal everyday use and across all apps, making the phone nearly unusable.
I still have the warranty and the purchase invoice, and I paid ₺9,189.50 for this device. For a newly purchased smartphone, this kind of performance issue is unacceptable. I should not have to struggle with app freezes and delays right out of the box.
I am requesting an urgent solution. Either Oppo must replace this defective phone with a properly functioning unit, or provide a fast and effective technical service resolution. Please take immediate action on my complaint and provide a clear response without delay.
