My Oppo Reno 4 Pro Overheats and Freezes Constantly

I’ve been using my Oppo Reno 4 Pro without issue until about two months ago, when it suddenly started having problems while charging with its original charger. It began rapidly connecting and disconnecting, making charging unreliable. Oddly, it charges fine when I use other chargers—but that’s not a real solution.

Now, a much worse problem has developed: the phone constantly shows a “Phone temperature too high” warning and freezes during use. It overheats even when I’m doing basic tasks, and the device becomes unusable for minutes at a time. I don’t know what caused this—everything was fine until recently, and I haven’t dropped or damaged the phone.

Oppo, I need urgent support. I paid over ₺ for this device expecting long-term performance and reliability. Instead, I’m left with a phone that can’t charge properly and barely functions due to constant overheating. Please provide a fix or offer a replacement before the issue worsens.
