I bought the Oppo A60 in February 2025, and within just four months, it started freezing constantly—even during basic tasks like messaging on WhatsApp. I contacted customer service, and they suggested a few troubleshooting steps. I even performed a full factory reset, but none of it fixed the issue.

The phone still lags, freezes, and becomes unusable during simple everyday use. This isn’t what I expected from a device I bought new. I deeply regret choosing this model, and the lack of a permanent solution only adds to the frustration.

Oppo, I need a real fix or a replacement—immediately. I paid ₺ for this phone, and I won’t accept subpar performance from day one. Take responsibility and resolve this now.
