I bought a brand-new Oppo A5 Pro smartphone from MediaMarkt in Antalya about two months ago. From day one, the phone started showing serious issues: it would randomly shut down and the screen would suddenly go black. Over the last 50 days this problem became constant, and now the device won’t power on at all. The failures happen both while using normal apps and completely at random when the phone is idle. I tried the basic troubleshooting steps—charging with the original adapter and cable, holding the power/volume keys for a forced restart, and letting it charge for hours—but the phone still won’t boot.
I have the warranty card and the original invoice. I paid ₺18,000 for this new device, and repeated breakdowns like this are unacceptable for a product in this price range. I have not yet contacted MediaMarkt or the service center because I expect the seller and manufacturer to stand behind the product immediately.
I am requesting a prompt product replacement (not a prolonged repair). Please contact me urgently, arrange pickup or in-store exchange, and provide a clear written timeline for resolution.
