I’ve been using the Oppo A54, and lately, the phone has started acting up in ways that really frustrate me. First of all, when the battery level gets low, the indicator turns red—even at percentages where it shouldn’t. It never used to behave this way. On top of that, the battery drains extremely quickly, even when I'm not using many apps. It’s become difficult to rely on it for a full day.
The worst part is when I put it on charge. The phone and the charger both overheat noticeably. Because I’m worried it might cause long-term damage—or worse—I have to unplug it before it’s fully charged, wait for it to cool down, and then reconnect. This isn’t how a phone should function.
Also, when typing on the keyboard, I often feel random vibrations or stuttering—as if the device is struggling to keep up. It’s distracting and ruins the user experience.
These issues are making the phone nearly unusable for daily needs. Oppo, please take accountability and offer a real fix for these defects. I expect better support and performance from a global brand. Please help resolve these problems quickly.
