I Face Slow Charging and Fast Battery Drain Problem With Oppo Reno 5 Lite
I own an Oppo Reno 5 Lite smartphone, and for the past two months I have been struggling with serious charging and battery issues. The phone no longer supports fast charging, and instead it charges extremely slowly. On top of that, the battery drains so quickly that I am now forced to keep the phone almost constantly plugged into a charger just to use it.
I already checked the charging port and adapter, and there is no fault with the charger or accessories. The problem persists everywhere and at all times, and in some cases the phone doesn’t charge at all. This shows that the issue lies directly with the device itself.
Since the warranty period has expired, I have not yet contacted customer service or visited a technical service center. However, given the severity and persistence of the problem, I am requesting technical support from Oppo. Specifically, I would like clear guidance on how to proceed and whether a battery replacement can be carried out to fix this ongoing issue.
I expect Oppo to provide a transparent and practical solution so that I can continue using my phone without being tied to the charger.
