I purchased the Oppo Reno11 FS back in May, and I’ve had battery issues from the very beginning. When I first turned the phone on, it had 40% charge, and after just one hour of basic setup, it dropped to 15%. Concerned, I immediately contacted customer support. They guided me through a few settings remotely, but unfortunately, it didn’t resolve the issue.
Frustrated, I then took the device to a service center, where they once again adjusted settings—but the battery problem still remains. On average, my phone loses 40% battery in under 2 hours without heavy usage. For a brand-new phone, this is extremely disappointing. A new smartphone should easily last a full day, if not longer, but this one struggles to get through half.
I expected better battery optimization and performance from a recent model like the Reno11 FS. I’m demanding a proper solution—either a replacement, a repair that actually fixes the issue, or a refund. A phone in this condition is not worth the price I paid, and Oppo should take accountability for this poor performance.
