I Report Open English For Unauthorized Charge After 6-Month Subscription Ended

Open English has truly been a disappointment. I had purchased a 6-month subscription, and once it expired, I assumed that would be the end of the service. However, on September 9, 2025, without any prior notification or my consent, ₺2,114 was automatically withdrawn from my credit card. This is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue.
When I contacted customer service about the matter, they told me that they could cancel my subscription but that the money already taken would not be refunded. I find this response unacceptable. I will never purchase any service from this company again, and I deeply regret my initial decision to trust them.
My account is registered under the email e**@gmail.com**. I absolutely do not accept money being withdrawn from my account without any notice or approval. I demand a full refund of ₺2,114 and the cancellation of any unauthorized renewals linked to my account.
