On August 30, 2025, my annual Open English membership was renewed without my consent, and ₺1,767.92 was charged to my Halkbank credit card. I received no prior notification regarding the renewal—no email, no SMS, and no in-app warning of any kind.
When I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted customer service. However, they told me that no refund would be issued. This is the first time I have ever experienced such a situation, and I feel unfairly treated and financially harmed by this practice.
