Opel Mokka X Engine Mount Part Unavailable in Turkey for Months

I own a 2017 Opel Mokka X 1.6 diesel and I live in Diyarbakır city center. For my vehicle, I have been unable to find the right engine mount, and I was informed that this spare part is currently not supplied to Turkey. I have even learned that there is not even an aftermarket (non-original) version of this part available, which puts me in a very difficult situation. Since 20.12.2025 I have been forced to use my vehicle with an unsafe and non-ideal solution for the engine mount. Even though I only drive in the city, my vehicle’s performance is negatively affected and I am concerned about safety. I believe that a brand like Opel should stand behind its vehicles and ensure that such a critical spare part is available. When I contacted the Opel dealer in Diyarbakır, I was told that they would report the issue to Germany, but that the part might arrive within 3 months or might not, and that they could not give any guarantee. Having no clear information, no definite delivery time and no alternative solution is unacceptable for a vehicle that is actively in use. I request that the right engine mount for my Opel Mokka X 2017 1.6 diesel be urgently supplied and delivered to Turkey as soon as possible so that my vehicle can be repaired safely and properly. I kindly ask Opel to resolve this issue quickly and not to leave me alone with this problem.
