My Opel Corsa Couldn't Be Repaired For 3 Months

Unfortunately, a traffic accident with minor damage occurred on January 09, 2024, involving my Opel Corsa vehicle, which I bought in November 2023. Regrettably, this marked the beginning of events more traumatic than the accident itself, forming the basis of my complaint. My vehicle, covered by insurance, was taken to the Opel authorized service, where it remained unrepaired for approximately 3 months due to the unavailability of a required part from abroad. Despite numerous attempts to address the issue with Opel customer representatives, the spare parts failed to arrive, leaving me stranded for 3 months due to the indifferent and solution-free approach of Opel Turkey company. No replacement vehicle was provided, and my vehicle remained unrepaired. The only response received was that spare parts had been ordered and patience was required. In an era where thousands of cars can be produced daily, waiting 3 months for a single part, such as the front bumper, is unacceptable. How can a vehicle be sold without adequate spare parts and repair services? The company's responsibility extends beyond mere sales to providing comprehensive after-sales support. I urge for prompt resolution of my grievance.
