Opel Mokka Service Delays, Part Shortages, I'm Not Satisfied

My Opel Mokka, which I bought brand new a year and a half ago, had a minor damage as a result of being hit by another vehicle a month ago. I gave it to the Opel service to have it repaired within the scope of insurance. I was told that my vehicle would be delivered to me within a week because there was a minor damage to the vehicle. A week later, it was said that the headlight of the vehicle needed to be changed and that the headlight was not in Turkey and would come from abroad. I was able to use the replacement vehicle supplied by the insurance company for a week. A week later, I requested a replacement vehicle from Opel Turkey. At the end of the three days, the official who called me said that Opel did not provide replacement vehicles in terms of parts and mockingly said that replacement vehicles were only given in case of mechanical malfunctions. He also told me that they did not have detailed information about the upcoming track and that he could give me information about the track a week later, on the 6th of the month. As Opel Turkey, should I protest against the lack of parts for a vehicle sold in thousands a year in Turkey, or against the fact that a situation caused by them is turned into a customer's grievance? Opel is a regret from start to finish...
