Opel Delays Repair for Months Due to Unavailable Mokka Spare Part
My Opel Mokka has been waiting at the authorized Deniz Oto service center in Istanbul since November 14, 2025, due to the unavailability of a required part. During this time, we have been unable to use our vehicle for at least two and a half months, and our daily life has been seriously disrupted. I was informed that the necessary part was not available in Turkey and had been ordered from France, and that it would be delivered from there. However, despite the long time that has passed, I have not been given a clear delivery date or any concrete information about when the process will be completed. My request to Opel is that the required part for my vehicle be supplied as soon as possible, the repair be completed without further delay, and the ongoing inconvenience I have experienced for a long time be urgently resolved. I also expect the process going forward to be communicated to me transparently and with clear, definite information.
