Cracked Tail Lights in My Opel Corsa 1.5 Diesel – Warranty Denied

My 2020 Opel Corsa 1.5 diesel manual car, which is still under warranty, has developed internal cracking in all of its rear tail lights. Despite the fact that there has been no external intervention or collision, all four lights are gradually developing hairline cracks from the inside. They have been refused replacement by Opel Turkey. My car had only been serviced by authorized dealers for three years, but they flatly refused the replacement without considering customer satisfaction or anything else. Even cars over 20 years old do not have this problem with their tail lights. The lights have a manufacturing flaw, but they refuse to admit it. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. This is being shared to warn others about the lack of quality and customer service.
I won the consumer arbitration committee, Opel took me to the Consumer Court, and the case is ongoing. It has been 1 year since the court proceedings started. I am currently waiting for an expert witness.
I won the case, four stop lights were replaced at the authorized service—claim your rights! Thank you.
