Warranty Excludes Opel Corsa 2023 Glass Roof Crack

The glass roof on my Opel Corsa 2023 Elegance vehicle cracked. I took it to the Mersin Saygıler dealer, who inspected it and found no impact. They promised to take pictures and get warranty approval. The warranty then responded with a rejection confirmation. They did not see the need for an investigation. They are attempting to profit from car insurance by blaming the situation, which is a production error, on the consumer. I need my grievance resolved as soon as possible. Otherwise, I plan to take the situation to court and publicize it on all local news sites, forums, and social media platforms, including local news channels.
