Opel Refused to Address Paint Peeling on My Brand New Grandland Despite Known Issue

Hello, in October 2023, I purchased an Opel Grandland from the Balıkesir Beyaz dealership. I had heard about complaints regarding roof paint, but I thought these issues were limited to the previous series. I never imagined that such a problem could still occur. However, just three months after I bought the car, I started noticing a few spots where the paint was peeling. At first, I thought it was a minor issue, but it gradually worsened. Now, there are over 20 spots on my car where the paint has peeled off, exposing the white undercoat. I am both shocked and deeply upset. As a long-time Opel customer — this being my third brand new Opel (we've had a total of five Opels in the family) — I never expected to encounter something like this. My car is only 10 months old, and this paint peeling began in the third month.

I took the car to the service center where they took photos and filed a complaint with the headquarters. However, the next day I received a call from Opel headquarters, and I felt like they were mocking me. They said they would investigate until the 18th and get back to me, mentioning they had a 15-day window for responses. They even hinted that the peeling could be my fault, claiming there was no defect with the car. How can this be my fault when it’s a known factory issue? Instead of Opel apologizing to me multiple times, they are blaming me. And to make matters worse, we haven't even taken the car to a car wash or used any harsh chemicals on it. This response is both shameless and absurd.

Opel sold me a defective product, and I paid a significant amount for it. Now, I’m being treated as if it’s my fault that the car has defects. What is going to happen now? I demand that Opel takes the necessary actions to resolve this issue.
