2021 Opel Corsa Rear View Camera Problem

There is staining on the rearview camera lens of my 2021 Opel Corsa vehicle, causing the image to appear distorted. When I visited the service center, they claimed that the staining was caused by chemicals. I contacted Opel Turkey and inquired about the service, but they refused to take any action based on this information. It appears that someone in the service center fabricated this explanation, and now no one seems willing to address the issue. I find it frustrating that this problem is prevalent in Renault vehicles as well, and they are covered under warranty for replacement. I have received support for a similar issue with my previous vehicle, so I expect Opel Turkey to provide assistance in resolving this problem. Insisting on a paid camera replacement feels unjustified in this case. I urge Opel Turkey to reconsider and offer a proper solution to rectify the camera issue.
