Opel Did Not Provide Replacement Vehicle for Motor Control Unit Issue on My Corsa

My 2023 Opel Corsa, which has just 22,000 km on it, had a problem with the motor control unit. The service team told me that I need to replace a part, and it’ll take around a month for it to get here. I asked for a replacement vehicle during this time, but I was informed that Opel Turkey doesn’t offer replacement cars for control unit failures. Having to wait a month for a part with no help at all really shows that you can't completely count on new cars from Opel. This situation has made me wonder about the brand's dedication to its customers and how dependable their cars are. I hope Opel Turkey sorts this out and comes up with better options for their customers down the line.
