Omix Faulty Device and Abysmal Customer Service!

High praise at the store made me buy this product, but since I've started using it, I've had a lot of problems, like it shutting down on its own, getting too hot, and having a green dot on the screen that I didn't even notice. Now, my phone restarts every time I open an app. I can't even turn on the speaker or listen to voice messages on WhatsApp. It won't charge right, the charging cable keeps coming loose, and sometimes it shuts down in the middle of a call. I called customer service, but all I hear are noises in the background. When I tried to file a complaint, they were hesitant at first, but then they reluctantly agreed to take it down. Since then, there has been nothing. The unhelpful employee cut off the call abruptly, saying they couldn't help anymore. This is the worst customer service in the world! Omix, you're way worse than bad!
