Omix X600 Phone Endless and Constant Malfunctions

I can't even begin to describe my Omix X600 phone's issues. It's been nothing but trouble since the day I bought it. My most recent complaint is that it shuts down at random every 3 to 5 minutes. I'm hesitant to send it in for warranty repair because I've heard horror stories about phones that were never returned. Every problem I've encountered has been attributed to user error. I curse the day I purchased this phone! I got it on a contract, and the debt is still not paid off. The constant shutdowns are excruciating. It can only run for about 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Because of the negative feedback, I'm hesitant to send it in for repairs. They claim that every issue is the user's fault. I demand a replacement phone or I will file a complaint with the consumer arbitration board.
