Omix Phone Keeps Shutting Down
Since the day I bought it, I’ve been using a phone that constantly malfunctions. I will never buy Omix again—this has been a huge regret. The phone doesn't work properly, and customer service fails to do its job; they are indifferent and disrespectful. KVK says, “If it’s Omix, we can’t do anything.” I bought this phone as a gift for my mother, and it keeps shutting down on its own. We take it to KVK, they give a 15-day service period, then say, “We installed software, it’s fixed,” but the same issue continues. We request a replacement, but the company says they don’t approve it. We ask for a backup phone during the service period, and we’re told Omix doesn’t offer such a service. I will file complaints about Omix everywhere—I want everyone to know how bad this brand is. I live abroad and need this phone to video call my mother. If something happens to her, not being able to reach her would cause serious problems.
