Omix Phone Became Unusable After 1 Year and KVK Asked for ₺3344 to Fix It

I bought the Omix based on the seller's comments that the phone brand was new and of high quality. However, after a year, the phone began having freezing issues. At first, I didn't notice much of a problem, but over time, it started turning off and on by itself. Initially, this happened occasionally, but after a while, the phone became completely unusable. It now automatically turns off and on when making calls or using apps. I took it to KVK under warranty, and they told me the phone's case was bent, which needed to be fixed first, and I would need to pay ₺3344. They said they would then proceed with further diagnostics after the payment to detect the main issue. Given the current value of the phone, I didn’t want to pay, and they returned it without any repairs. The phone became unusable within 1-2 years, and I’ve seen many complaints online about this issue happening frequently.
