Omio Split My Group Into Different Wagons – Won’t Let Me Cancel My Tickets

I booked a 6-person ticket on Omio for August 23 at 08:54 and even paid extra for seat selection. However, despite plenty of available seats in 6-person wagons, Omio split us into two different wagons, completely ignoring our reservation preferences.
Since this booking is unusable for us, I decided to cancel the tickets, which, according to Omio’s policy, should be possible for a €19 fee up to 7 days before departure. However, when I try to cancel, the system only connects me to an AI bot and does not allow me to complete the cancellation process.
Omio, process my cancellation immediately! I demand a full refund or the ability to cancel as per your stated policy. Has anyone else faced this issue? Fix this now!
