Omio Wouldn’t Replace My Ticket After Missed Connection in Karlsruhe
I bought a ticket on Omio to travel by train from Zurich to Nuremberg, with a transfer in Karlsruhe. Because the train from Zurich was 16 minutes late, I missed my connection to Nuremberg. There were no staff at the station to help me, and since I was in a foreign country, I couldn’t make any phone calls. I had no choice but to buy another ticket through Omio and wait two hours for the next train.
Omio refuses to take any responsibility, will not issue a refund, and does not provide a replacement ticket. I am filing a complaint.
