I purchased Prague-Vienna train tickets through the Omio app and also paid for ticket cancellation protection. However, since my visa was denied, I need to cancel the tickets—but Omio refuses to issue a refund despite the protection I paid for.
This makes no sense! Why offer cancellation protection if it doesn’t actually work? I followed all the steps, yet I’m stuck with non-refundable tickets for a trip I can’t take.
Omio needs to honor their refund policy and issue my money back immediately. If cancellation protection doesn’t guarantee a refund, they should be transparent about it.
