Omio Duplicate Booking Made - No Help From Customer Support

We accidentally made two bookings for the same person and the same travel time on Omio. I want to cancel one of them, but I’m not getting proper support. How could this even happen, and why is it so difficult to get understanding from customer service? Is everything just about money? I called customer service but didn’t receive the help I was expecting.
