Omio Still Hasn’t Refunded My Canceled Paris–Zurich Ticket After 15 Days

I purchased a refundable ticket from Paris to Zurich through Omio, and I needed to cancel it. I canceled the ticket, but my refund still hasn’t been issued. It has been 15 days, and nothing has been paid back. I can’t reach customer service, and when I try to use the automated chat, it gives me the same response every time. No one is helping— they took my money and simply won’t return it.

You absolutely should not use this company; they don’t refund your money, and you end up stranded. It’s unreliable. I want my money back.
