Anyone who was charged twice by Omio for the same ticket can get their money back by following these steps:
Check your bank account or way of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) for charges and make sure you keep proof of both.
You can get in touch with Omio through [email protected], the website's contact form, or their social media. Attaching proof of the double charge is good.
If you don't hear back, take the claim straight to your bank or payment company.
Keep going with the claim until you get your money back. Most of the time, the bank takes back the charge within a few days.
❗ You can make a complaint on Xolvie if your problem is still not fixed. This could help you use your customer rights and get the problem fixed the right way.
