I booked a three-person train ticket from Munich to Nuremberg months in advance. However, when we arrived at the station, we discovered that our train had been canceled without any prior notification. Our tickets were no longer valid, and the QR code didn’t work.

Because of Omio’s failure, we had no choice but to purchase new tickets for €109 at the last minute. This was an unnecessary expense that should not have happened.

Omio, I demand a full refund of €109 immediately! If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate my complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Your service caused me financial loss, and I expect compensation without further delay!
